All financial transactions on jllws — including deposits — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied.
Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking (such as BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank), and local bank transfer. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being held or returned.
jllws does not accept deposits via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. This policy is firm and applies to all players regardless of the payment method's availability on other platforms.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, and always to an account held in your verified name. jllws applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process — your identity must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. jllws reserves the right to request supporting documentation to confirm the legitimacy of any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined.
Winnings derived from games with known technical errors or faults are not eligible for withdrawal. jllws reserves the right to void bets and winnings in the event of a demonstrable technical malfunction in a game.
All games on the jllws platform — including slot games, live casino, fish games, sports betting, and eBingo — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Where a conflict exists between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

Bets placed in error cannot be reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip before confirming any wager. jllws support cannot reverse bets placed and confirmed by the player.
